The School Pizza Recipe – Don’t Lose This Recipe 😋

 

Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup milk powder
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 packet rapid-rise yeast
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup hot water (110–115°F)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil

For the Filling:

  • 1/2 pound Italian salami
  • 1/2 pound ground chuck
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 8 oz sharp mozzarella cheese (brick)

For the Sauce (prepared in advance):

  • 1 can tomato paste (6 oz)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
