Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F). Grease a muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
- Cream Butter and Sugar: In a large bowl, whisk the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Mix Ingredients: Add the eggs, quark, flour, baking powder, and vanilla pudding mix to the bowl. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Prepare Muffin Tin: Pour the batter evenly into the greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
- Cool: Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
