Prepare Pan: Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan with nonstick spray and line it with parchment paper. Set aside.
Melt Mixture: In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and vanilla frosting. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
Flavor and Color: Stir in the orange extract. Transfer about one-third of the mixture to a separate bowl. Add orange food coloring to the mixture in the large bowl until you reach your desired shade of orange.
Layer and Swirl: Spoon the orange mixture into the prepared pan. Spoon the white mixture over the top. Use a butter knife or toothpick to swirl the colors together, but don’t blend them completely.
Chill and Serve: Refrigerate until set. Once firm, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper, slice into squares, and serve.
Note:
White Chocolate Variations: If using white chocolate without cocoa butter, use 16 oz. If using white chocolate with cocoa butter, use 19 oz.
