Homemade Payday Candy Bars

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot, melt the butter and peanut butter chips over medium heat, stirring until smooth.
  2. Add the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and marshmallows to the pot. Stir until the mixture is well combined and smooth.
  3. Grease a 9×13-inch rectangular baking dish with butter or non-stick spray. Spread half of the peanuts evenly over the bottom of the dish.
  4. Pour the caramel mixture over the peanuts in the dish, spreading it out evenly. Sprinkle the remaining peanuts on top.
  5. Refrigerate until firm, or leave at room temperature until set. Once set, cut into bars and enjoy!
