Instructions:
- In a large pot, melt the butter and peanut butter chips over medium heat, stirring until smooth.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and marshmallows to the pot. Stir until the mixture is well combined and smooth.
- Grease a 9×13-inch rectangular baking dish with butter or non-stick spray. Spread half of the peanuts evenly over the bottom of the dish.
- Pour the caramel mixture over the peanuts in the dish, spreading it out evenly. Sprinkle the remaining peanuts on top.
- Refrigerate until firm, or leave at room temperature until set. Once set, cut into bars and enjoy!
