A Month Before a Heart Attack, Your Body Might Be Warning You with These 9 Signals

In recent decades, research has shown that heart attack symptoms can differ significantly between women and men. A study published in the journal Circulation involving 515 women who experienced heart attacks revealed that common symptoms did not always include chest pain. Instead, many women reported unusual fatigue, sleep disturbances, and anxiety. Nearly 80 percent of these women experienced at least one symptom for over a month before their heart attack. Additionally, a survey in Circulation found that only 65 percent of women would call 911 if they suspected they were having a heart attack.
