Fabric Suitability
The quick wash mode is designed for speed, but it’s not suitable for all types of fabric. For delicate fabrics like wool or items labeled “hand wash only,” the quick wash cycle can be too harsh, potentially causing damage. Always use the appropriate cycle for these fabrics to maintain their condition.
Issues with Towels and Similar Items
Towels, bed linens, and other water-absorbent items require a more thorough wash. In the quick wash cycle, water is rapidly absorbed by these items, which can cause them to clump together. This clumping can lead to an unbalanced load, resulting in excessive strain on the washing machine drum and potentially damaging the appliance over time.
